These days i have been addicted in making breakfast~i am making the kitchen counter messier everyday but hey i do clean up kay.The breakfast below is made by baobei . It is simple as 123 and tasy too !
1 croissant
1 ham
1 egg
2 slices of cheddar cheese(but for cooking)
First , bake the croissant for 5-10 minutes in the toaster oven .While waiting for the croissant , fry the ham slightly for around 5-10minutes as how much fried you prefer . After frying the ham ham , your croissant is ready.Let the croissant in the toaster oven while you cook the egg , scramble it and then put in the cheese and scramble it together , i prefer my eggs a little soggy , depends on how you like your eggs .
Wahla~Ready!
I cooked this(below) yesterday and baobei being my lab rat to taste it .
1 egg
1 hotdog
2 crabstick
1 cheese hotdog
butter (preferable)
garlic butter (preferable)
french loaf
Choose any hot dog (chicken,beef, which you like otherwise you will not like the meat) which you desire ,peel the hot dog with a peeler and fry it until its crispy.Trust me , the method might sound weird , but it is certainly damn good.Like me , i peeled the beef hot dog and put in some crab stick which i had sliced up.
Spread the butter onto the pan , i put a little of garlic butter in my egg and scrambled it.Pour at least 3/4 of the egg into the pan carefully and make it come like a round shape spreading the balance of the egg which is on the top to cover up at the sides , like the picture above , make it look like a pizza round.It looks kind of wet then do the next step quickly.
Next sprinkle the meat which you fried onto the egg , be fast , we do not want the egg to be burnt underneath and pour the 1/4 egg which is left on top of the meat , spread the egg to be round by carrying the pan and moving it into a circular movement.
After it is done , cut it into 4 , fold it , spread the garlic butter on the french loaf and take a tooth pick and stick it right from the top to the bottom.See the pic below for better understanding .

I know it looks ugly but my advise is loosen up on the garlic butter.Because mine turned out very salty.
Baobei got her LV from Paris , and i got my formal clothes . XD.
